If a Muslim was an astronomer, they should learn and use the telescope. It is useful because astronomers are scientists that study the planets and stars, and planets and stars are way far away, making the telescope a useful object because it lets you see things that are very far away. The telescope had a long term impacts because it traveled across the world and is very advanced now these days.

If a muslim was a scholar, they should learn and use the Qur'an. It is useful because it teaches Muslims about their religion and gods. They should read it because it would give them better knowledge and understanding of the holy book. The Qur'an has a long term impact because it began when Muhammad was still alive and Muslims still use it today.

The Life and Teachings of Muhammad

This is a picture of many people honoring Muhammad.
Muhammad was born in Mecca but then when 6, his mother gave him to nomads and was taught and learned by them. In his 30s, Muhammad got the "message" from god while being in a cave in Mount Hira saying that he should be a prophet of god, which he then turned into. Muhammad then found a group and began a new religion, Muslim. Muhammad taught people to believe in only one god and to respect and honor others around them, but even though some people didn't approve of his teachings, he still fought in his belief.

Arabia before Muhammad

Before Muhammad was born, Arabian society was divided into many social levels. Women, for example, were highly cherished and protected that it lead to bloody fights, just to protect the women. Not only did they just fight for women's protection, but they also fought for freedom between cities and countries.
Mecca, a religious center, was not only a place for religion, but was also a trading spot. Many people traded goods from the Mediterranean to South Arabia, East Africa, and South Asia.
Mecca was the one place that Muhammad was known for, for he has shaped and changed Arabia to be a better place.
